I had a great overall rental experience. My only complaint would be, I was not aware that the 10' truck did not have cruise control. I found this to be very disappointing. Driving a moving truck 1,100 miles without cruise control made the trip harder than it needed to be.

Mason WThe van had piles of dirt in the back, literally piles an inch or two in height. The protective cover in the back was shredded, making loading a pain. The van had less than a half tank of gas and was overdue for an oil change per the dash. Usually I have a good experience with uhaul, but you missed the mark on this one. At least it was ready on time.

Bryce JI had problems with the app and couldn't take pictures and set up like normal. So check in and check out was not normal but the guy there took care of it and was very cool.only used it for 2 hours but the experience was good with them.
