We could not get the app to work correctly, so we paid for a hand dolly and a dozen moving pads and were charged $17 but actually we’re not able to obtain either one of those items. So we paid for a product we were not even able to gain access to

Quoted $19.95 plus mileage to rent a van for four hours. End up costing $120. Arrived at unmanned pick up site and the vanhad bad front right tire, had to switch to another van. that van only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. There was no one on site. Everything had to go through the Uhaul app. And phone number. We spent an hour getting everything straightened out, switching from one van to the other van in 42° weather would never use a Uhaul facility that did not have on site staff again. Plus basically got ripped off of a fourth of tank gas.
Paula ASam was great. He went out of his way to meet my schedule and get me the trailer.
JOHN SSam was incredibly rude. Called to tell me I shouldn’t have parked my car there. That’s would be fine, except while telling me he was so rude and condescending. He told me I had 10 minutes to get it or it would be towed. When I told him I could leave right now but it would take me 30 minutes to get there he aggressively said “you do what you want buddy,” and hung up on me. There is no reason a person should ever talk to another person the way Sam talks to people.
RICHARD WI have used this location several times and each time it seems to be progressively worse. The truck was not parked where it was easily accessible. I had to move the truck out into the open to obtain photos for the check-in process. The internet is very slow which makes mobile pick up take forever. There was a half empty White Claw next to the truck when I went to get in it. I uploaded photos of the fuel gauge and mileage yet the facility is wanting to charge me for fuel. The fuel was the same and the truck was only driven 10 miles the whole time I had it. I definitely will not use this location again even though it is close to me.
