The only thing I would recommend is for someone to give a visual inspection with the customer over the condition of the vehicle prior to the customer leaving the site with the vehicle. That was not done with me.

The guy convinced me that i didnt have a light hookup for a trailer and told me i could not rent it. This made the process so much longer, and i was late for my engagements afterwards. Ive never hauled a trailer so i didnt know that i did in fact have the hookup in my trunk. Nice guys, but seems like he should have known to look there before taking the trailer off and telling me i cant rent it. I was there for a half hour trying to call someone who could haul my trailer but turns out i could have gotten out of there in 5 minutes!

For me, I'm a frequent user (caterer who uses the vehicle locally) and I feel that a little leeway should be given to the frequent renter concerning returning the vehicle a few hours (2 - 4) after the scheduled return time (if the vehicle is not needed immediately) without being charged a full extra day.

We were upgraded from a 15 foot truck to a 20 foot truck without notification even though there were plenty of 15 foot trucks on site. We were promised a 50 dollar credit for our inconvenience which we have yet to receive. This was a 1200 mile move. The A/C stopped working after day one of the trip.

Raymond Wagner, is the worse customer service person I have ever seen. I usually don't do review but with him, he need to work at the back door where he doesn't face people. He ignored me for some minutes, even when I called his attention, his college had to call his attention, he finally came with a attitude and drop my receipt without explanation.

Everyone was helpful that I spoke to and the whole process was smooth and quick and I did this at the last moment but it was all accommodating and would refer your company to all my friends and family

Customer service at truck pick up could have been better. I was the only customer in the store yet the employee was distracted with other tasks, which made pick up take longer. Also, I tried to call the store later in the day. They didn't answer, so I was sent to corporate who assured me that the store manager would phone me. That phone call never happened.

When I returned the truck ~5p there was ONE person working the desk to assist customers and ONE person bringing trucks around/checking trucks in. I stood in line in the store for 10 mins before the inside person told me that "someone" was alone checking in trucks and would be with me soon. I continued to wait in line. 10 mins later the inside person told me I would have to go outside to wait for someone to check in the truck I returned. Now I had waited 20 minutes inside (while the line grew) to find out I had to go back outside and wait to be checked in. Completely unacceptable. While the inside person was doing her best to move the line along she was also stopped by someone in to check prices and drop off / pick up locations - while the line grew with people trying to pick up and drop off equipment. My one previous rental experience was not this disappointing. I can only hope that this does not happen very often. This was a Sunday. The management must have known it would be busy. I don't know why the two people were alone. I only know that I was not the only person frustrated and disappointed that day.
