I had to pay for extra mileage because the first location was unable to provide keys for the truck I reserved... or any other truck on the lot. Having to deal with that mess set our timing off, and we missed a delivery. Not remotely fair, but here we are. The young man at the replacement location was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself was fine, nothing bad or subpar about it. The truck was as expected- smelled of smoke, generally dingy, broken interior pieces... people simply don't respect things.
