DONALD LI reserved trailer for May 23, then got called that they wouldn't be open due to holiday. So I picked it up 2 days early, at no charge. The problem was their method of not charging for the 2 days really screwed up the order. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with uhaul scheduling to get the issue resolved
