Location was closed when dropping off equipment. Called the drop off location left a voicemail and there was never a reply. Very disappointing service.

JEFFREY MThe equipment number was not easily identifiable. The location was off for the self check-in - needed to walk around the premises to allow for location verification. Did not provide furniture dolly, moving blankets, and appliance dolly as requested in reservation.
