I have rented from this location before. I have no problem with their service. The issue is with the condition of the truck. It was the worst maintained vehicle I have ever rented. There was some kind of tar on the seat, steering wheel doors and even the key ring. I had the agent take pictures of the vehicle. I expected some sort of discount or refund on the rental but this was not the case. I am very disappointed with this situation. I may have to look elsewhere the next time a need to rent a truck.
