Mileage wasn't accurate, should have checked first. Location at a convenience store, had to wait while the only employee on duty checked out customers. Otherwise, it was fast and relatively easy.

Very friendly staff. Very easy to check in and pick up the equipment

The computer hardware and/or software didn’t seem adequate/up to date. It took several attempts to complete the rental even though I completed most of it online. The original trailer offered had a loose fender which also meant I had to wait for an outdated system to change the rental agreement.

Very friendly. Came out to the pump to greet me.

work on your customer service. I waited for a hour (60 mins) to drop off my truck in your location. The store owner didn't seem it was important that the new person who was working the store called for help with no response from the owner. If it wasn't for the next employee coming on shift I would still be waiting to DROP OFF your truck. If this is how you deal with drop offs, it shows me that you don't care about Customer Service, you got my money, my time doesn't matter to U Haul. This has been proven on pick up and drop off for me. I will be looking elsewhere for my next move.

Have the truck you requested be at location when promised. I was told I could drive to another location (45 minutes away) and pick up a truck. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I have used U-Haul for 6 other moves over the years and never been treated so badly. One of your representatives told me it was not unusual to have to go to another location to get a truck. I have always picked up my truck at the location where I reserved it. If this is your policy I will never use U-Haul again or recommend U-Haul to my worst enemy.

Made drop off easy, when I pulled in the lot they immediately told directed me on where to park the trailer.

The people were very nice and quick to take care of us.

The window to return the item was short and I only had it for 24hrs but was charged for 3 days use. The back tail light on the car dolly was also burned out on the drivers side. It got the job done but, in my opinion wasn't worth what I had to pay for it.

The truck was fine but the gal didn't even know they had the auto transport on site, it was covered in mud, and it wasn't even on my reservation. It was 35 miles away from my house and was incredibly inconvenient to get to. Not related to the actual pick-up location but overall experience: Worst of all, uhaul gave me a defective trailer! The trailer tire blew in Texas and the roadside assistance mechanical noticed that the leaf spring was broken. He said that we were lucky we made it from PA! It barely lasted half the trip and uhaul is offering me pennies back....that trailer could have ripped us off the road if something major had happened.

Drop off property needs more space, thankfully I was dropping off a 4x8 trailer. Staff was very courteous though closing receipt wasn't delivered at time of drop and wasn't received in email until following day after being advised I'd have it in "ten minutes".

Staff was very friendly. I would recommend having more staff to be knowledgeable of equipment to be able to go over how to hook up the trailer properly and to be able to take time rather than get interrupted with gas station customers.

Way too small for a 26 foot truck to pull in and out of.

They had no idea what they where doing how to enter the reservation had to call uhaul for help. Unit dirty, hardly knew how to attach unit. It's a gas station. They where asking two different people pumping gas to come help hook up unit and chains. No electrical transition could be bought. Said I was on my own with no lights ....he pointed down the street. Said auto parts store is down there. Customer pointed the other way. Trailer was dirty so I asked him to sweep it out. He did a crap job. Huge joke. I'll never go to one of your gas station owners again. Why do you let these horrible small gas stations rent this stuff? They even tried to screw me out of a second day I didn't want and get me to prepay from it? Had to corporate to straight him out.

This was the easiest and quickest pick-up & drop-off that I have had with U-Haul. Great job!

Do not send an email with just preferred location. I saw that email not the confirmed address of where to pick up. Luckily they were able to transfer locations for me, but still initially a hassle.

Wipers didn't work, tires worn down to nothing, a dangerous vehicle. Never again would I choose this as a rental option. Instead j will go with Penske

Can't see anything Ned's to be done. Can't fix if not broken

I made reservation and completed quick check in online prior to arrival at store. When I got to the store, i had to provide all of my information, including credit card, to them once again. Trailer was covered in leaves from nearby trees

While the location and equipment were fine the experience was TERRIBLE because the poor attendant couldn't get the U-Haul interface to work. Eventually, she gave up and called the U-Haul service directly to approve my credit card and give me the paperwork. I was told both by the attendant and a steady customer that happened to be there that this was par for the course. In addition, I find your pricing practices very deceitful. $20 for a daytime rental sounds great, but when the basic insurance and per-mileage cost of $.79 is tacked on, it ended up costing me $106 in total. I could have rented a similar truck from Home Depot or Lowe's for $60 with unlimited mileage. So, while I found the location to be exemplary in their service and the condition of the equipment to be good, I didn't much care for U-Haul as a potential source for future rentals.

Nothing I can think of.

The fact that you can refuel the vehicle on-site is great. The vehicle was checked and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. Couldn't have been easier.
