Well the problem I have is that I reserved it for the Market Street address that was shown online and I had to pick it up on Main Street which added miles. Also I wanted a 17 foot truck but online it kept reverting to a 15 foot truck which then required two trips when moving again adding miles. If the Market Street location does not offer pickups then it should not be advertised online as such.

It was very easy to pick the vehicle up. However when I went to drop it back off, I spent 40 minutes waiting for the procedure to be finished. The biggest issue being a $14 insurance policy they tried to attach to the plan without my consent. I need this refunded as soon as possible and probably won’t recommend anyone here In town to use this facility. Please let me know when we can reconcile this issue.

Charged for added milage but UHAUL sent me 25 miles to pickup vehicle when I could have picked up 5 miles away. Then had to put fuel in vehicle because only 3/8th tank in it so I filled it up ($82.00) and returned with just under full tank with no reimbursement. Don't check on your rental ahead of time online because price changes and UHAUL could care less. The people where you pick up and drop off have nothing to do with the screwed up system. They are as fed up with UHAUL as I am.

Try #1: I had reserved a wheel dolly via uhaul.com originally at a location in murrysville / monroeville, PA. Within an hour I got a call from another location 45 minutes away from the original reservation location stating that I was to now go to Greensburg to pick up there. I had cancelled that order. Try #2: I had called 1800GOUHAUL to make another reservation, I had done so and then received a call withing 10 minutes stating that the location advised did not have a wheel dolly. Would recommend figuring out a way to have your computer system properly update and show the actual equipment available at the locations. Try #3: Finally Successful and had a reservation at the Zelienople Sunoco location. Tow dolly did do it's job, however some of the simple items / details need to be observed: Rubber chain retainers on safety hooks were broke or not existing. The LED brake lights did not function properly on the trailer (appeared there was a wire break or loose connection somewhere). The person at the Sunoco provided great service however had no clue how to properly attach the equipment to my truck (I had used the dolly before so showed him what I knew - training would be recommended).

Waited forever to check out. He kept taking one customer after another asking me to keep waiting. Then he just handed the key and said let me know if you can’t find it. I walk through mud trying to find it. He finally came out and helped find it and had to move a truck because mine was blocked in. Waited another 15 min then he moved it . My truck was stuck in mud took me 10 min to get out no one offered to help. Just overall horrible experience

Mileage wasn't accurate, should have checked first. Location at a convenience store, had to wait while the only employee on duty checked out customers. Otherwise, it was fast and relatively easy.

The computer hardware and/or software didn’t seem adequate/up to date. It took several attempts to complete the rental even though I completed most of it online. The original trailer offered had a loose fender which also meant I had to wait for an outdated system to change the rental agreement.

work on your customer service. I waited for a hour (60 mins) to drop off my truck in your location. The store owner didn't seem it was important that the new person who was working the store called for help with no response from the owner. If it wasn't for the next employee coming on shift I would still be waiting to DROP OFF your truck. If this is how you deal with drop offs, it shows me that you don't care about Customer Service, you got my money, my time doesn't matter to U Haul. This has been proven on pick up and drop off for me. I will be looking elsewhere for my next move.

Have the truck you requested be at location when promised. I was told I could drive to another location (45 minutes away) and pick up a truck. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I have used U-Haul for 6 other moves over the years and never been treated so badly. One of your representatives told me it was not unusual to have to go to another location to get a truck. I have always picked up my truck at the location where I reserved it. If this is your policy I will never use U-Haul again or recommend U-Haul to my worst enemy.

The window to return the item was short and I only had it for 24hrs but was charged for 3 days use. The back tail light on the car dolly was also burned out on the drivers side. It got the job done but, in my opinion wasn't worth what I had to pay for it.

The truck was fine but the gal didn't even know they had the auto transport on site, it was covered in mud, and it wasn't even on my reservation. It was 35 miles away from my house and was incredibly inconvenient to get to. Not related to the actual pick-up location but overall experience: Worst of all, uhaul gave me a defective trailer! The trailer tire blew in Texas and the roadside assistance mechanical noticed that the leaf spring was broken. He said that we were lucky we made it from PA! It barely lasted half the trip and uhaul is offering me pennies back....that trailer could have ripped us off the road if something major had happened.

Drop off property needs more space, thankfully I was dropping off a 4x8 trailer. Staff was very courteous though closing receipt wasn't delivered at time of drop and wasn't received in email until following day after being advised I'd have it in "ten minutes".

Staff was very friendly. I would recommend having more staff to be knowledgeable of equipment to be able to go over how to hook up the trailer properly and to be able to take time rather than get interrupted with gas station customers.
