No improvment needed. The staff was excellent. They made the process quick, simple, and stress-free. The truck was fully furnished with my selected adds, clean, and ready to go on my arrival. I am very impressed with this location.

KELVIN JMy rental was delayed and pushed back over an hour. When I did arrive I also had to wait 30 minutes before picking up the rental. I was also not notified I needed to drop off the blankets or I would be charged $250. I nice reminder would have been great.
