Customer Reviews

Maybe should have customer inspect truck/van with an employee and note any "damage" before the customer leaves the business. That way it would cut down on disputes about cleanliness of damages to the truck between the customer and Uhaul.

I feel terrible that I had to keep the truck an extra day, causing an inconvenience for In a Pinch Rental to get it to a promised customer the next day, however the way that it was handled by the In a Pinch rental customer service person was wrong. I received a very immature and childish response. I knew I was in the wrong, but could not do anything about it. In good faith, I returned the truck with a full tank of gas, even though I only needed to fill half. I didn't even open the two bags of blankets I purchased and left them in the truck. I've been a customer of In a Pinch rental for years, have used them a ton and love their service. I'll just say that I was taken back by the employee's tone and response to me when things didn't necessarily go his way. That can sometimes be telling. TBD.

The staff was very friendly.

The whole experience was great! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Uhaul should offer a 4 hour rental and then if it's not back in 4hrs you be charged the full day.The last 3 times I have rented uhaul I needed it for short time then stupid me I take back and it allows uhaul to rerent and make double money .

Love the "In A Pinch Rent" Center. Wonderful People. Extremely helpful.

it was was a bit hard to start..had to open door in order to hear it..

Not charge to return a trailer at a different location, I rented a trailer at Martinville and wanted to return it in indianapolis and was told it would cost me a extra 63 dollars to do so don't think that's right

When we got the Uhaul home and started to load it my husband opened the back door and wee had to sweep it out before using it because there were leaves and dirt in the back. There was also a lot of drops of dried blood inside the back of the truck and down the ramp. This was so disgusting. We had to lay a bunch of boxes down before loading our stuff to keep the dried blood off our stuff. The store didn't even act like they cared. They said I don't see how that could happen, we clean them. They acted like they didn't believe us that it was in there when we picked it up. They didn't offer for us to look at the truck when we picked it up so we didn't find the blood till we were home. I think this is unsanitary and we shouldnt have been compensated for the facted we had to sweep it out first and cover the blood up before we could even move.
