Rick uRude. Act like you was not there. Place was had junk all over it. I was due $50 for not getting my truck day before. He said i was not entitled. I called Rapid City and they took the time to make sure i got my refund. I will say the young guy was friendly and worked hard. While the owner was rude and did little.
Shanandoah GWith great rates and flexible availability, I highly recommend this U-Haul provider. It was inexpensive and easy to get what I needed for moving day.
Kristen BI was told to scan a code for after hours drop off as it was a weekend. There was no code to scan and after making several calls to uhaul I was told I’d get charged $20 if I don’t follow their protocol. Uhaul told me the day and location for returning it. It was a complete fiasco from picking up the uhaul to returning it. Sadly I would never recommend uhaul to anyone.
