I was able to pick up the truck in person (so did not have to load the app). Service at counter was quick and return process was easy. So was successful experience for the 5 hour rental.

The lady in the office was pleasant and efficient. However, hours are not convenient (10 am - 4pm). No customer parking. The parking lot in front of the hut-office is utilized as a used car sale lot.
