The whole process was super easy. We reserved a trailer online, got to the pickup location only to realize we should have went one size up. The associate made the upgrade so easy. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bruce SYour app is trash. I was unable to return the tow dolly when pushed to do so through the app. I ultimately had to call customer service twice to complete the return. Customer service representatives were pleasant and helpful and ultimately resolved the issue.
