The office staff were wonderful; very helpful and accommodating. The only think that I would ask is that they provide a jack with the 6' x 12' trailer. The office was kind enough to loan us a ball and pin, but the jack would have been very helpful. We almost had a mishap in Tallahassee where the trailer began rolling and almost hit my daughter's car. Fortunately, it didn't come to that, but it was definitely a close call.
