Associate charged me for extended time. He clearly heard me say I would bring it back at scheduled time. Returned it before scheduled time, dropped key in box and completed return on app. I get my bill and see he had put I came back the next morning at 8:30 am. Just threw a time on my receipt and charged me. Had to call customer service, wait on hold, and finally got someone who corrected my bill. Waiting on my refund. This place is horrible.

I have rented from U-Haul before and never had any issues but this time was horrible. It really sucks and made me think I should look into other companies from now on.
EDNA RWhen renting one way rentals, they should provide a truck with a full tank of gas. I just rented a truck for almost a thousand dollars and then had turn around and pay almost $100 to fill the truck up, starting off.
