I have rented from U-Haul before and never had any issues but this time was horrible. It really sucks and made me think I should look into other companies from now on.

When renting one way rentals, they should provide a truck with a full tank of gas. I just rented a truck for almost a thousand dollars and then had turn around and pay almost $100 to fill the truck up, starting off.
