This was the second time my pickup site was changed the night before in the last 4 months. I booked well in advance in both situations at locations that would be open at the time I needed only to be forced to pickup at locations that opened later in the day. Fortunately, I had a very helpful owner at 4506 Main Street, Vancouver, WA that showed up early and did need to assist me in completing the mobile app as it was freezing up on me. He allowed me to connect with his private wifi to complete the transaction although I was not able to load pictures of the vehicle.

ARI ZMovers cancelled minutes after i took the uhaul. Turned around, came back, and was turned down an ounce of refund or ability to reschedule to tomorrow. I won’t be using uhaul anymore, as i dont feel it’s worth the gamble that you’ll work with me when outlier situations come up in the future.
