I hate being forced to use my phone. We took several efforts to get a pic to take so I could rent when the clerk had no option to just scan and upload the ID in my hand. This replacement of humans with apps is something I reject and will not use this service ever now that you have replaced people with bad tech. I will only as a last resort accept this greed from companies that is destroying the lives of people. Shame on U-haul. I hear they are letting go the veteran that helped me get the stupid app to work. Shame on You for trading the lives of your employees that use to help people like me. My loyalty is to them and I hope the people who have jobs that make these decisions know the traitor to this country that they are.

Quick & efficient
Robert BU-Haul was great to deal with from start to finish. We had several changes we had to make and they helped us without a hitch throughout our move. We had an issue checking in because my phone wasn’t getting good reception and they also took care of my checkin.
