This location is great. The first location I tried to pick up the trailer from was closed when I arrived and didn’t answer the phone, despite their hours and business sign indicating that they were open. U-haul still owes me $50 for their equipment guarantee for this. I’ll call tomorrow.
Tristan DBeing honest about charges. I used the truck for 4 hours, just 13 miles and I was charged for extra gas. I refill the gas I used. Do you think you need $15 in gas to run 13 miles? I ve got to the facility by 6 pm and it was closed. Because of that you charged another $20. Next time I will use the truck from Home Depot.
