I cleaned the back of the truck and I was over charged. I returned the truck on time but was still charged a late fee. I called Uhaul before hand to avoid being charged extra and they said that they would leave a note so that I would not be charged and the AutoVision didn't cooperate but made excuses. So now I have to contact my bank but I would not recommend them. Unprofessional.

I picked up the truck and returned it in less than an hour. I drove it for less than five minutes and essentially did not use the vehicle. I was charged approximately $100, including more than $40 for gas. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the representative did not check or document the fuel level. She instructed me to take a screenshot instead. When I returned the truck, she did not inspect the vehicle or verify the fuel level. She simply told me that she would process the return because she was busy repairing another vehicle. I do not believe the charges are reasonable, particularly the gas charge, since I barely drove the vehicle and did not actually use it for my intended purpose. I was planning to return to this location in the future, but based on this experience, I will be using a different location. I would appreciate it if you could review the charges and refund any improper fees, particularly the fuel charge.
robenson LHonestly, at this time, there is no improvement because my customer service was excellent. They were patient efficient and very helpful and helping to make sure I got what I needed.
Liza JEverything was perfect as always at this location. It is always my prefered location if the equipment is available when I require it.
MARK DWhen I reserved the U-Haul I was quoted one price and when I got to the facility I was charged for all kinds of extra fees. That will be my first and last time renting from that particular U-Haul.
