The clerk was rude and had a strong accent that made it difficult to understand him. It was more important for him to pay the delivery person than to help a uhaull customer.

Agent gave me no receipt or walk around on the truck I returned. I refilled the gas to full and was charged extra for it. I was charged an extra day, even though I returned the truck a half hour early. And some other "coverage" charge!
