The service was great. The cost for less than 2 hours of work seemed very high--but I'm certain the overhead costs for this business are high. Excellent facility. Clean and well lit.

Choose the number of containers you need. One U-Box container fits about a room and a half of household items. When in doubt get an extra–we won't charge you if you don't use it.
Step 01

Tell us when you will need to access the container. If you ship it to a new city but don't need it yet, we can store it for you at our secure warehouse.
Step 02

We deliver the containers to you and pick them up when you're ready. If you would rather take it home yourself, use our specially built trailer or pack it at a U-Haul location.
Step 03

We will store your container at our secure warehouse or we can ship anywhere in the world. You will hear from us when the container is in transit and when it arrives at its destination.

This Uhaul Service and storage facility is great. The Duncan family-owned and run business made me feel like family too. Clean, safe buildings and access areas are appreciated!
The delivery location U-haul did not have adequate staffing to allow us to load our box at the appointed time. We had to wait on-site for a total of 6 hours before we could load the box.
eileen P.Had an issue where the forklift at the facility, could not lift one of my U-Boxes onto the trailer, had to go to the facility and transfer all of the contents from the U-box that couldn't be lifted to a U-Box that was already on a trailer, very inconvenient.

Wendy L.Customer service is really bad, I had the worst experience with U-haul. They don't seems to act like people, no one said anything that I can trust or properly solved my issues, one said it's delivered to home and someone said no they don't deliver it to home, sometimes said it's arrived and then scheduled a self delivery and then when I called to the storage it's not ready. They don't have proper communication or connections every one act worse than a kindergartener. Everyone passing to someone else when call or just hang up the call couple times I called to get this done. Someone said it's ready but someone said no very irresponsible, unbelievably untrustworthy. Will needed to complain but not sure what place I should complain about The Whole story.

RAYMOND D.I was billed incorrectly for uboxes that I no longer had rented. It was upsetting to be billed $160 out of nowhere with my move having been over for months. This should never happen again.

Ann B.I began the reservation online, but for some reason couldn't complete it. When I called to finalize the order, the agent was friendly and helpful to a point, but could not answer some of my questions and seemed in a rush to conclude the conversation. The owner of the Moving Help company assigned to us was very helpful and explained much of the process. We had to change our date and, although I got a confirmation, the date passed along to Moving Help was not correct and the U-Box came a day later than planned. Several weeks in advance, we selected a specific date for the U-Box to be picked up after delivery to the new location. Three days before pick-up, we were told there were no drivers and could choose another date. Overall, I like the service and the cost was reasonable. There were several scheduling surprises that we had no control over and it seems like this serice is still working out some snags. I would, however, use it again and recommend it with some warnings.
