Unit had a defective access ramp that wouldn’t lock in place
Stephan M2 of the four trailer tires were worn down to the wear bars so technically illegal tires - bald!! Replace them. Otherwise all was great.
Larry AThere is absolutely nothing you can do to improve this location. It is so well run and organized. It’s unbelievable. I’ve never seen a business so customer service oriented then this place both the owner and her daughter Brittney are just amazing people and such great customer service they always come out with a smile and a welcome And they’re always happy to see me as I’ve returned to this location. Many many times just because of the great customer service, I always receive. I think they should be voted as UHAUL’s best location in North America.
