There were not enough blankets or dollies available upon pick up at noon. This made the move more challenging.

Great rental guys were very helpful and courteous once again
Alana MI rented a tandem trailer to pick up a hottub. The previous renter used it for fireood or tree limbs. It's not good customer service when the customer has to clean the trailer before use. Other than that all was fine. Person in the office was courteous and helpful.
