They were not helpful at all and when I tried to return my extra boxes that say right on the box 100% will buy back extra boxes was told no they don’t do that and I was basically dismissed and walked away from me lucky I didn’t just drop the trailer right there in the middle of the parking lot they totally ruined my U-Haul experience and after spending almost 5000 dollars in the last month to be treated like garbage so will never be dealing with them again

We were overcharged. We were told we didn’t need to take pictures of the inside or outside of the truck The person working that day was rude and condescending I called customer service and was told someone would call and I have yet to receive a call to resolve the overcharge on our bill
