Sweep out the back of the truck as it's is have what looked like saw dust on the floor.
Gas in van was not full, gauge was in high position so it looked full but when filling up before return took an extra 20l! Agent forgot rental blankets so had to drive back & retrieve; took 1/2 hour
We had a flat tire on the trailer and because of it had a delay of over 3 hours.Instead of getting home at 7 pm, of only 2 hours of driving in the dark,we got home close to midnight and that's why we had a late next morning start to unload the moving van. That is the only reason why we returned the truck and trailer late.
Staff was already outside upon arrival, greeted me and took keys. Quick and efficient. Exact opposite of the pickup location.
HI - the premises were not the best - a bit tired. Fellow on the desk was wonderful - very helpful and very polite. He created the experience the building did not. Would use again
Inside truck was filthy when we picked up, told my bill would be 290 $ something inc 600kms, that was with a 2 day rental then got a 2nd bill for another $53 for the 2 day rental lol ridiculous
For some inexplicable reason my reservation was cancelled by Uhaul at the corporate level. I do not understand why this would happen and I was not impressed. Once a reservation is made it should be honoured.

Nice 26 foot truck. Drove well, comfortable. Everything was clean and the office was very accommodating. Great experience! Hassle free which is very nice when your moving.
Building in serious need of maintenance- tiles cracked and missing, door very hard to open as its scraping into the floor, truck I rented needed an interior cleaning and vacuuming
I've gone and rented a pickup twice from this location now while renovating my condo. It's always been clean, had a full or nearly full tank of gas, and been a pleasure to drive. The gentleman at the desk has always been great to deal with as well. Thanks for the rental!
stop allowing people far away from the rental site to cancel others rental bookings, change drop off locations from a location rented from, Duncan bc, to the usa, etc, as my rental bookings have been interfered with a few times now.

Don't stress the customer! The lady at the desk was extremely helpful, but I was told different things by a gentleman who kept calling me saying I had less time than I needed. Moving is stressful enough, and if it's the companies mistake, then the customer shouldn't have to pay for it.
The computer servers are unable to keep up with the demand and almost cost me $2500 for late fees on a real estate deal. had I not made the guy keep trying to get it to work. The vehicle had a lot less fuel than it was supposed to and the rental guy told me not to bother with an inspection. Fortunately the office where I returned the vehicle in Coombs phoned uhaul head office and they made it all better. The people at the place I returned the truck and Uhaul themselves were great but the Duncan location like everything else in Duncan sucks.
Just a small wait (15 min.) Clerk was very good and efficiently processed the customers in a friendly orderly manner. I was very impressed how quickly he processed all the people
No dropoff box for key. I had to make a extra trip (1 hr) to drop of key. The response to my comment about the no drop off box and extra trip was uhhh and a shoulder shrug. Not impressed. I will be using Budget next time.
Arrived to to a safe drop after hours only to have a note on the door saying "drop box broken, was not waiting here all night, come back tomorrow with your truck". There was some poor fellow outside that was supposed to be picking up a truck and was totally screwed. He couldn't reach anyone. So I left the key in the locked back and put the faulty shitty lock back on it, just the way it was left for me. 5 days later I get a call from that location telling me I will have to come and unlock the back for them. I called and told them the same code that corporate sent me and the guy was so rude and huffy that I was not coming to unlock the back for him. Then he hung up on me when I tried to explain calmly why it is locked due to their drop box issues. Where do you find these people? I own my own business and if I treated people like this I would go broke. I am half inclined to call corporate and complain, but it won't solve anything If you employ assholes then I guess you are settign the corporate culture as that is acceptable. Needless to say I will not be using uhaul in the future nor will I be telling anyone good things. Have a fucking terrible day!
The service was extremely slow. Uhaul needs to get a faster booking system. It took them 30 minutes to serve 3 customers, due to a slow computer system. I was checked-in before I arrived. It didn't make a difference.
The customer service rep was excellent and had to step in because The online check in was too complicated. Please streamline this or don't recommend it as an easier alternative for renters. Thanks :)
I find that information that I have entered online and then have to repeat to the individual offices is a huge waste of time. We are well beyond a time when this should be happening. Your offices should have pertinent information as soon as the website does. Then maybe people wouldn't have to wait 45 min to pick up rentals. This is after the first location we went to didn't have the truck size we needed because someone didn't return a truck. No trackers?! I missed a ferry and had a very stressful day moving only one item because of how inefficient your system is, not to mention had to drive more kilometers too!

get your 24/7 pick up sorted. We we waited over an hour at the pick up as the truck share app had clearly not worked. Do vehicle checks with the client. Don't park so close to posts and or other trucks.
I could not do my on line registration due to your web site, I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a live person. The location manager showed up early at 8:30 and opened 1/2 hour early and did my paper work. She saved my day and your web registration and phone center needs to be reviewed
