$500 plus dollars to rent, no brakes, blew the lights constantly. This trailer cost me two extra days on the road then noone calls to say they're charging me another $90. This is bullshit, ill be writing my own public review.JOHN EDWARD GEOR R.

The app didn't work and it took an hour and a half to get my truck. The customer service was abismal in person and the wait time for 1 800 service to over an hour. Once I finally got the truck it was fine and check out worked well.Margaret B.
Everything was goodðŸ‘Marnie S.
keep up the friendly workNeil D.
wiper blades on the truck were old, and broke down, the wiper fluid in the truck was rated for summer and not winter. Had to buy new wiper blade for the truck, and it didn't work. had to call road side assistance enroute to Dawson Creek, as the wiper blade broke and the window washer fluid froze to the window while driving. We hit a snow storm outside of 70 Mile HouseSherry N.
Friendly staffJessica M.
Should have rented a much bigger truck lolThomas C.
Online option to see if you can renew/extend use of truck as at end of month just 24 hours and having to call and not get through while trying to move using up time was not very productive.CRAIG H.
Equipment reserved was not available, had to take much larger vehicle. Not enough staff on to help with customer volume, wait times excessiveJoanne R.
I am not sure who I spoke to at the Duncan office on the 29th but they were incredibly rude to deal with, cut me off while I was speaking twice, once while I was reading the order number to say "it doesn't matter I don't need it. Call _____" and rudely informed me that they "have never heard of a cleaning fee so just call the 1800 number I already gave you and they'll refund it." They need some serious training in customer service as it honestly left me feeling in shock and very frustrated/upset. I will be referring friends and family to use someone other than UHaul based on that experience.Jonathon P.
Opening earlier would help but totally understandable with the covid situation.Jim S.
There wasnt any window fluid as i have to buy it on the next gas station. It was horrible for not able see through windowDonna C.
Very little. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient staff.Michael C.
I had one glitch, discovered when my bill was presented, which could have been handled in a way that was my fault legally. It was my fault for not following the contract. So I could have been charged with a fee for something I did not actually use. The person I dealt with made a honourable decision in not making me pay for what I did not use, even though I was liable, she was forthright, impeccable and down to Earth. Her name is Catherine at the Duncan location. You are awesome Catherine, Thank you!! MitchellMitchell C.
At all three times when I attended the Duncan, BC UHaul I was treated with respect, help and friendliness An exceptional experience all round!!Wendy F.
I have used this location multiple times now. It is always quick and efficient, staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpfulEvan C.
The online check in was an exercise in futility. Once finished picture taking, etc, outside in the cold, I was brought back to the beginning and for no reason, was asked to start the process again. The employee was nearby and escorted me into the office to do the paperwork the old fashioned way, a process the online check was supposed to eliminate. Perhaps the online check in process needs some tweaking.Glenn C.
I did not appreciate that the vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. Very hard to know what to put in to return it to that level. I was overcharged for pads that I did not request and were not in the vehicle when I picked it up. The agent did not have time to complete the bill when I returned the vehicle so got the invoice by email with the overcharge. I sent an email as soon as I got it to ask for a refund on the pads but did not get a reply, so I had my partner call a week later to ask about the charges and request a refund. She was treated dismissively by the agent at the Duncan site and told to call a 1-800 number. The person that answered that number was helpful and the overcharge was corrected immediately. Overall, I would rate my experience in Duncan based on the empty gas tank and the overcharge with a dismissive, unresponsive agent as poor.Kim A.
Website posted hours and actually hours open are different. No big deal, i planned a drop off near 5pm.. but it was closed at 4 pm. Key drop workedBruce D.
Nothing . The staff was amazing!Melissa M.
Sure tire had a puncture when I picked it up. Inside was super dusty and got all my furniture and boxes Dusty.Wade S.
Service was excellent, as expected.Scott M.
First 10' we picked up when we got it home it had a padlock on the box. When we called the combination was unknown and claimed a previous client put it on? We had to go back again to get a different truck as a result. Van #2 worked fine but was dirty inside so WE had to clean it and then cleaned AGAIN before we returned. So we wasted 1 hour getting a new truck during our move and had to clean the new van ourselves.Richard F.
Your attendant locked down the trailer to my vehicle I drove from Duncan to Lake Cowichan and when I got to the top of a roundabout the trailer came off the ball Thank god for safety chains When I approached the subject with the same attendant I got the impression he could care less I was NOT very impressedBarry Y.
