Nuts missing from trailers. Needed to ask for a hand to tie up the trailer/check lights. They dont answer the phone. Tried endlessly til I went down there. Guy hung up on all calls before answering when I was there. Gave me a rough quote at first, which more than doubled (without changing any options) after spending 30mins there.
Oisin TGet someone that at can least pretend to like their job. Did not mention anything about a pad lock being on the back door of the truck…had to drive all the way back and he had the audacity to say the key is on the keychain and that it was common sense to know that!!!! This guy is beyond rude!!!!! Hopefully we will never have to deal with him ever again. We were overcharged for our rental on August 22 and I was supposed to get a call from the area manager and I’ve heard nothing!!!!!!! I’ve called 3 times and still no response. Extremely poor service overall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure why I’m taking the time to write this as clearly no one gives a rats ass!!!!!!!!

Reinaert VThey were not helpful at all and when I tried to return my extra boxes that say right on the box 100% will buy back extra boxes was told no they don’t do that and I was basically dismissed and walked away from me lucky I didn’t just drop the trailer right there in the middle of the parking lot they totally ruined my U-Haul experience and after spending almost 5000 dollars in the last month to be treated like garbage so will never be dealing with them again
