Wish I got an out of town vehicle so I could have dropped off in Nanaimo. When I called to ask about drop off, there was a mention of feed but they were very short with us.

The gentle man was rude, did not explain anything to me. When I asked about dropping the truck off he told me any location. So when I did go to a location I was turned away and had to find another location. I also was not told my card would be kept on file.
Nicole GNumber of blankets did not match the order, delaying the pick-up. Further, the blankets were not placed in the truck but on the ground. In normal circumstances that would not be a problem, but to a one-legged man it posed a problem to move the blankets from the office door to the truck in the lot; a small but significant distance.
