I reserved online and I don't remember an option for a truck with a ramp. I assumed they all had ramps but this truck didn't, and this was quite hard on the movers. Please always offer a ramp option, I would have paid more for a ramp!

I wasn’t able to add a dolly online. The app was glitching everytime I clicked to add a dolly. Due to the location not being open on the weekend or after 4pm, I had to move what I could without a dolly.
