MARK HThis location could have been closer to my home, there were others to choose from. the man that I first spoke to did not even show me details on driving the van, I had to learn everything on my own. returning the van system was sketchy, I dropped the van off, owner came in, did not even acknowledge me, and I was told he will check it over later and send me my invoice! why not give it a once over when we both are there?? I like U-Haul, and the people on the phone, but that location could use some tweaking.
