The U-Haul app is not user friendly. It kept having loading and updating delays. Needs to be streamlined and easier to use

TIMOTHY CMy preordered choice was a little small for my project (van) so I asked for a larger option. He had a covered truck going out in 4 hours that was his only option at the time. I told him I’d be back in 3 hours tops so he agreed to rent me the larger truck. Not all locations would be so flexible and I really appreciated that. It’s a very good place to rent from; I would highly recommend!
