Got there early, still waited in line for half an hour because there was 1 person checking people in. I tried the"skip the line thing" on the app only to find out every person in line has done the same. Took away too long, need more people working. All this after uhaul decided to change my pickup location to this location from a better location.

Friendly staff, had things ready during pickup and helped check out during return.
Ahmad RI was charged a $50 cleaning fee for a trailer that I returned cleaner than I received it. The inside was filthy when I picked it up and I took pictures of it because of that. I swept and used a blower to be sure there was no dirt or debris that could have been left inside before returning it. I will be contacting the rental company first thing in the morning to dispute this unfounded charge.
