The personnel were great, very helpful and worked quickly to get the multiple customers taken care of. The only issue was with the truck. The driver side mirror was loose and would not stay in position. As soon as it was mentioned to the staff, they immediately took a look at it. Don't know if it got fixed, but they started looking at it.

Guy was there couldn’t even open the gate for us. Had to leave the trailer out on the grass gravel and stated do you have insurance and I said yes he said then Don don’t worry about it and we left it there seem pretty unprofessional. Would have taken two minutes to open a freaking gate. so I had to worry all night about somebody stealing the trailer and then had to call him this morning to get him to check in
