No questions no one checked on the truck — just park it in the back and leave the key

ANDREW RThere was no one on site to assist besides a car wash employee who had nothing to do with u-haul. When checking in over the phone, the due amount was $75 higher than selected online. The employee and manager write very helpful but the system kept charging over $200 for something that was estimated online for $140. Waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to resolve the issue. The drop off location of the truck was also changed and never communicated. Terrible experience because of U-Haul and their inaccurate online estimates and lack of on-site employees to assist in the check in process
Justin MI didn’t get a dolly or blankets and I still haven’t gotten a refund for those. That should be pretty automatic. Keys also aren’t kept in the lockbox, and it’s very hard to back a giant truck out of an active car wash.
