The manager checked me in. I did not use the app. I’m really glad I let him do it. The app needs a lot of work. You may just want to scrap it and start over.

Poor communication skills. Their English was weak and it was unclear what they were saying. The first person was really nice and helpful. The return person had an attitude and looked at his phone rather than focusing on getting the trailer in the right soot

The attendant at Hans Valore barely spoke English and he handed me the keys and said it’s outside. I said “aren’t you going to load my car into the tow Dolly” and he said “ no we don’t do”. The tow dolly was literally parked in the mud and I slipped and nearly fell, I had to move the trailer up onto concrete near the gas pumps. I did not know how to load my car let alone how to use a ratchet strap. So I had to Google how to load it and use a rachtet strap. I did not even know the chain was suppose to go on the frame of my car. Thank goodness I did at least strap it down good enough. After I left I was so nervous and drove 20 mph damage from Hans Valore. And luckily I came upon a real U-Haul store. I went and asked the lady if she could look and see if I loaded my car correctly, and that’s when I found out the attendant at the gas station should have loaded it. She said “honey your car isn’t even chain with the chain on your frame”, to which I just cried, because as a female I felt like the man just didn’t care to do his job or thought since I was a female I would t know he was suppose to do it. It’s very upsetting to know as I drove off he was standing smoking a cigarette outside and watched me leave knowing I didn’t have the chain on my frame. I am so thankful for the lady at the real U-Haul store for helping me. Also, the store was trashy, unclean and had slot machines inside. Not a very good or reputable place to have a business such as U-Haul. The man makes U-Haul look bad. And he caused me so much anxiety and possibly losing my car off the dolly if I had not stopped to asked for help.

We reserved a week in advance with confirmation for 6am but the truck wasn't available until 8. It disrupted the entire day.

I was not sure what to expect, over all U haul has set up a good system. impressed that they knew who I was when I called and how they were able to find me the next location for a drop off.

Vehicle was unsafe, dirty and tires were bald. Service address changed my vehicle at the last minute and it was the only size available. Upon return of the vehicle my card was attempted to be charged more multiple times. Will never rent another U-Haul again due to this experience and this is the only moving place I have used every move very disappointed.

The truck I had I had to force into gear and the truck was dirty in the cab and the back had trash in it. Told the cashier that the transmission needs to be repaired. He said he’ll look at it

don't believe this was the fault of the person attending to my rental. The truck had trash inside the cab and cargo area. Overall, the vehicle was dirty and dead bugs all over the windshield. During the drive back to Atlanta, the front tires were out of alignment and chewed up. The rear tires also very chewed up making for a very noisy trip. Upon my arrival home, found a significant puddle of rear differential fluid had leaked out. Also, the ignition switch popped out while trying to remove the key to gas up. Notified the drop off location of all the issues on this truck

My personal truck broke down 127 miles away from home while trying to return the Toy Hauler Trailer. Uhal customer support did not care, they only wanted to charge me and extend my time for 6 hours. I called Uhal emergency services, and they were great! They sent a nearby U-Haul company to get the trailer, so I could get AAA to tow the truck. We broke down at 7 pm and did not get home until 4 am. Uhal still charged me $168 dollars for not bringing the trailer back to the original site. You would think U-Haul would have better service and know what to do on one call. It took 4 hours for my wife and I to figure out their system and process.

The per mileage charge and separate rental tax is high. U-Haul depends on the customer to do the inspections and feedback which is half the work of the employees there. And still don’t have vehicle maintained as they should. But not my company

Good experience. This site is part of a convenience/gas station. I was amazed that the person running the store could handle the rental process and running the register for the store simultaneously. A true expert level multitasker.

Have all the equipment you reserved available. I reserved a dolly but when I arrived there were no dolly's available. I received a hand truck instead but this did not meet my needs and made my move much harder than it needed to be.

WORST Experience EVER with a UHAUL Truck Rental! DO NOT Rent from this ratchet gas station! The truck was very old and filthy; had crank windows, would not start with the air conditioning on, and the extra moving equipment that I rented wasn't in the truck.

Apart from the unfortunate presence of a deceased cockroach in the driver's seat, the vehicle was in commendable condition. The fuel tank was full, and the car operated smoothly, demonstrating no mechanical issues.

Well, you could refund me the additional fuel that I left in the vehicle. I dropped it off with half a tank and when I picked it up, it had a quarter of a tank left. I’d like to be refunded to $15 worth of fuel that I put in the vehicle. I’d also like to know why you charged me a dollar per extra mile when in the contract it clearly states $.37 per mile. I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you.

Be consistent with deposit amount as I used a cargo van multiple times and I’ve been told different amounts each time. And associate can never explain why or same answer. Vehicles aren’t clean either with trash from food/snacks left inside
