  • John was professional, worked hard, and I appreciate the effort he put into my move. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the conduct of the other mover. My televisions were not properly wrapped or protected, resulting in cracked screens. More seriously, my surveillance cameras captured the other mover stealing from my garage by opening my toolbox, cabinets, drawers, and storage areas and taking property. I have preserved the surveillance footage and am working through the Moving Help resolution process. I hope the company addresses this matter appropriately.

  • Outstanding service. They came prepared with packing materials like shrink wrap, tape, and rachet straps. They used their dollys. They did extra and wrapped my stuff more than I had. John was very easy to communicate with, super polite, and very positive.
