• The movers showed up on time. Having moved way too many times across the country, I'd say this was probably the least efficient move I've experienced. They were slow and didn't seem to have respect for time. Caught a guy leisurely scrolling on his phone at some point. I had to jump in and help them carrying things. Although I had expressed I was hoping it to be a faster move as I'm a solo person on a budget (I had minimal stuff with hardly any furniture, mainly the boxes, which they also noted), they still messed up the address to go to, and then showed up later saying the detour only took 5 minutes (nope, sorry, it was at least 15). Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience that costed me a ton of money. Hate leaving the review, but I hated more not say anything.

• Did not show up or return any of my calls or text. Very unprofessional & unreliable. He asked to do the job the next day instead, i agreed but he still did not show up for the job.

• MH has requested that I pay them in cash today because the moving helper payment system is not working for them. I received the text message an hour and a half prior to the start of the job. I know that is not how the process should be. Since I am not paying the MH in cash they are declining the move.
