• We were very grateful that Smooth Moving was able to accommodate us last minute, on the same day that we called them! 3 movers worked seamlessly. 2 of them did the heavy lifting while the other organization everything in the moving truck. I was impressed. Highly recommend

• This is my third time hiring Smooth Moving. For this move, we filled a 15 foot truck about three-quarters full for a 1000 mile drive to my son’s home. There were some big and heavy items. There were two very big, very heavy, very heavy fragile speakers that we were very concerned about making the trip without damage. (We bubble-wrapped and boxed them in advance.) The two person crew moved things efficiently, safely and expertly. These two men know what they are doing moving big, heavy things through small doorways! Importantly, they packed and stacked my truck (my straps since it was a one-way move) very expertly. The weight was properly distributed and when we arrived at the other end (CT to IL), everything in the truck was exactly how they had packed and strapped it. The moving help at the other end (also excellent) were very impressed with the truck packing that my two person crew from Smooth Moving had done at the point of origin. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

• I am a return customer to Smooth Moving. For this move, it was only remove two full size appliances (fridge and stand-up freezer) from a Uhaul and put in my garage in preparation for a longer out-of-state move. So, it was a relatively easy job. The two-man crew was terrific! Punctual (called from the road and called from my driveway), professional (did the job quickly, efficiently, SAFELY, and with full care for my things). I will definitely hire Smooth Moving for the bigger move later this month.
