Minor issue initially. I received a text confirming my reservation except there was no time or date listed. I called the number which he asked me to text the details. He then thumbsed up my message. I was a little skeptical on the move day given the initial interaction so I called and messaged the number on updates to make sure they were going to show up. The team came a little later than scheduled, maybe 20-30 min or so. However, they did do a good job. Brought hand trucks and moving tools which helped. I would recommend and use them again in the future.
