• They were not very careful with the objects they were moving dropped very expensive pieces of furniture. The manager is not the best with communication.

• I am fairly certain they stole my prescription out of might purse that was laying out, as well as some cash. Both myself and my partner have also have fraudulent charges come up on both of our credit cards recently (after the move). I should not have left my purse out, but certainly did not expect that my personal items would be stolen.

  I need to state clearly, for the record, that neither I nor any member of my team engaged in the theft of any personal property, including prescriptions, cash, or financial information. We categorically deny any involvement in the allegations being suggested. At no time during the service did you report missing items or raise concerns. In fact, the team was tipped approximately $30 each upon completion, which indicated no issues were present at the time of service. Accusations of theft or misconduct are serious, and we treat them as such. If you believe a crime has occurred, the appropriate course of action is to file a police report and have law enforcement investigate the matter. We are fully prepared to cooperate with any official inquiry. However, attributing financial fraud or missing items to our company without evidence is inappropriate and potentially defamatory. We stand by the integrity and professionalism of our team.
