  • The two movers who showed up wasted so much time. My brother was on the third floor but my 65 year mother and I lapped them several times because there was so much wasted time talking on the phone and just talking with each other. I have a hurt ankle which is why I hired them to help but couldn’t believe I could go up and down and back before they even got out of the truck again. Then when I mentioned that to the lady who called to charge an additional hour she was so rude. I don’t know how they can have all 5 star reviews with the terrible service. The two movers were nice but completed wasted the time.
