While their communication over text was fine, I did not feel our furniture was in good hands during the unloading process and transferring it from the loading zone to the apartment. Our mattress bag was ripped, heavy boxes were placed on top of ones marked as fragile, and our new apartment floors were scuffed and scratched from them dragging a 4 wheel cart that they had locked the wheels on once it was wheeled into the apartment. Several items were dropped multiple times from the Dollie’s as I watched them and the lack of apologies made it feel the whole job was careless for them. Wish I could say it was a better experience
