Had some damaged materials, I ordered extra pads and very few used. My 75 inch tv got broke, a custom picture got a hole punched through it. Very nice guys mistakes happen but could have used the pads and not put next to a rolling tool box to prevent TV getting damaged given a had a protective cover on it. I gave a $50 tip and now I’m out over a $1000 in damages.
