• On my original booking I booked 4 hours of moving help. The company immediately sent a test asking for additional information which I promptly sent. After that I hadn’t hear back from them for a week. After asking again they told me I was missing information(I was not and they just did not care to read my original response). On moving day they came on time and they showed me a list of what they were allowed to move and completely disregard the list I had sent. I was not notified before hand that they were not willing to move all my stuff. At the end of the move they ended up working for a total of about 2 hours which includes the 30 minute drive to the unload location.

We arrived on time and completed the service based on the confirmed scope and inventory requirements provided before the job We always request full item details in advance to ensure safety proper crew size and accurate time planning Any items not confirmed or not contained in packed boxes bins cannot be moved under our service guidelines We are sorry the expectations were not aligned and we are always willing to clarify requirements before the job to avoid confusion in the future
