• The guys were very nice and worked hard. But, we spent at least 30 minutes trying to translate because neither of them spoke English. Luckily, I can speak some Spanish but anyone else would have been in a tight spot. They need to tell people if the only workers they can send cannot speak English, especially since we are paying by the hour. Also, they did not pack the truck well. I had to ask them to re-organize it which helped somewhat but there was almost a third of the space in the truck not being used. They also did not come with the usual supplies for moving like furniture wrap. I have moved many times locally and across the country and honestly, this was disappointing. When we unloaded, we found 2 glass tops that had not been wrapped or protected in any way - fortunately they did not break. Compared to other movers I have hired over the years, Resilient has a lot of room to improve
