The company did not write my prearranged time on their schedule. Workers were 1.5 hours late. Very inexperienced. Did not know how to move furniture or pack a truck. So process Took 2x as long as needed Ended up needing friends and family to help with most of it. Which was what I was trying to avoid. Needed to get the truck back. They were polite. but I am very disappointed overall. I have used help before and they were great. Reviews were misleading.
