The moving helpers had a short notice in the timeliness I requested and didn't call back to confirm they could make it.

Mover did not reach out to me until I texted them and asked when they’d be here, at which time they told me they couldn’t make it because their vehicle wasn’t working. I asked since there are 2 movers, can the other drive, he said he was the owner and usually drives but would ask the other person. After 15 minutes i asked if they were coming, to which he responded “Maybe, if I can get it working”. This is TERRIBLE customer service, I would not work with them if I were Uhaul.
