  • I scheduled the unload for 2 pm. I confirmed at 1230 pm that the service would be performed at 2 pm. I was assured that they would be there between 2 and 230. I received a call at around 200 pm that they were held up helping an 80 year old couple (which I didn’t believe, but ok, whatever) and that they would be there by 3 pm. Someone finally arrived around 5 pm. They did a good job but it was obvious that they weren’t the same people that were helping the 80 year old couple out. The process felt rushed. I would not recommend this firm.
