    Greetings Jorge, first let me apologize that you felt your experience with our company was not positive. But please keep in mind you needed to reschedule the day of the move when I had to have a crew turn around due to you not having access to your home. We did our best to accommodate you even though the next day was Sunday and we were closed, unfortunately a chain of events took place on Sunday with one of our crew members which was beyond our control and you asked to be rescheduled to Monday in lieu of us sending another worker and your move was completed. We wish you the best and thank you for using our company.
