  • This company did not meet our expectations. We were moving to Delaware from out of state and the DE had issues with this company. We had reserved and paid for 3 movers. However, after an hour one mover had to leave said he couldn't finish. When I spoke to the company they said they would refund the difference since I paid for 3 but never did. The movers were also very slow. One of them was the son of one of the guys and they struggled to get things up into our townhome. Our movers who loaded us in another state did things fast and carefully. These movers dinged up our walls and multiple items. Just a very poor experience over all vs other movers we have used.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to clarify several points in your review. You did reserve three movers, and the job was completed on time. At no point during the move was I informed that a crew member left without authorization or that the service could not be completed. After speaking with the crew, I was advised the move was finished as scheduled. Regarding the alleged damage no damage to walls or items was reported to me on the day of the move or during our follow-up communication. No photos or documentation were provided. I was first contacted the following evening regarding an injured worker not about property damage. Damage claims must be reported immediately so they can be properly addressed. I did reach out to Moving Helpers in good faith to discuss a possible rate adjustment. However, no formal damage complaint or refund request was submitted through the proper channels at the time of service. We strive to provide efficient and professional service.

  • Rick and Bailey did an excellent job. If I could rate higher I would. Communication was from before the move through the whole loading of our pod. They were attentive and efficient in every step and got everything in that I was beginning to think was not possible. HIGHLY recommend and did a 16 ft pod load I. Just 2 hours.
