  • The team did show up, not quite on time, and they worked in the pouring rain, which I appreciate. However, my experience was ultimately disappointing. Before booking, I explicitly confirmed and was assured that specific, necessary equipment would be provided. This equipment was a 'must-have' for the job, but it was not brought to the site. Furthermore, it became clear the movers had very little experience, which negatively impacted the process. While they worked hard, the lack of promised tools and experience meant the service provided was not what I ordered or paid for.
