  • The movers were fine once they arrived but before that I was waiting 5 hours past the time they were supposed to arrive to get my truck unloaded. When I called to get an eta, the person that I spoke with was rude and didn’t want to help at all. Like I said the movers were fine and did the job good once they finally arrived but they didn’t get here until 10 and they were supposed to be here to unload at 430pm. I understand that they were held up at the other move before mine but there was ZERO communication. I was the one that initiated all calls and texts. Based on my experience I don’t want to book with them again.
